Teaching CVs are read for three things in the first pass: qualified teacher status, subject and key-stage specialism, and evidence about pupil outcomes rather than activity. A list of duties performed is far weaker than a record of what changed for the students.
These teacher resume templates produce a straightforward single-column document that school and district application systems can parse, with credentials where a safeguarding-conscious recruiter expects them.

The right template for this field is the one that puts the evidence a teacher screen checks first in a document a parser can still read. Style is secondary.
Match the market
What belongs on the page
This is checked before experience is read. Foreign qualifications need a one-line equivalence.
A KS2 generalist and a KS5 physics specialist are different jobs. Make the match obvious.
Progress scores, target-grade share, attendance, behaviour incidents. Relative change usually avoids publishing sensitive cohort data.
One line with the date. Most schools treat it as mandatory.
From template to file
Credentials and specialism need to be visible in the first pass.
Then extra-curricular leadership if it is sustained, not a list of fifteen one-term clubs.
What changed for the students, in numbers you are allowed to share.
Then submit through the school or district portal.
Questions
Use progress and attainment data where you are allowed to, or relative change: Progress 8, percentage at target, attendance, behaviour incidents. Avoid publishing sensitive cohort identifiers.
List the two or three that show sustained commitment and leadership. Running Duke of Edinburgh for four years is a signal; fifteen one-term clubs are not.
Explain the equivalence in one line. Hiring teams cannot map foreign qualifications themselves, so doing it for them removes a reason to skip the application.
Yes if it is current and named. One line under certifications with the date is enough.
