By accessing and using Resume Earth (www.resumeearth.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

Resume Earth provides a free, AI-assisted resume and CV toolkit that runs in your browser. It currently includes:

• a step-by-step resume builder with a library of resume templates and PDF, DOCX and text export;
• resume analysis tools, including the ATS resume scanner and the ATS score checker;
• AI tools such as job match, the cover letter generator and the summary, bullet and skill generators;
• written guidance — the resume guides, examples and country-specific CV pages.

No account is required. Availability of the online AI tools depends on the deployment and its configured providers; the builder, templates and local exports work without them.

Everything currently published on Resume Earth is available without payment: there is no subscription, no premium tier, no checkout and no paid download, so there is nothing to buy and no purchase terms to apply. Because no payment is taken, no refund policy applies to the service as it exists today.

If a paid feature, subscription or donation mechanism is ever added, its price, billing terms and any refund conditions will be published on this page (or on a dedicated page linked from here) before it can be purchased — not after.

By using Resume Earth, you agree to:

• provide truthful and accurate information in your resume;
• not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, including misrepresenting your qualifications, employment history or right to work;
• not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the website or its APIs;
• not upload or submit harmful, offensive, infringing or illegal content;
• review everything you export before you send it to an employer, and take full responsibility for the content of your application.

The resume content you create belongs entirely to you. Resume Earth claims no ownership over your personal resume data, and your draft is stored in your own browser rather than in an account database.

To provide the service you ask for, you grant Resume Earth a limited, non-exclusive right to process the text and files you submit — for example to analyse a resume, generate a cover letter or render a PDF — only for as long as it takes to return that result, and only through the services described in the Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to submit that content, including any personal details of other people (such as references) that you add.

Some tools use language models to draft summaries, bullet points, skills or cover letters. That output is a suggestion, not a statement of fact about you:

• AI-generated text may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, duplicated or unsuitable for the role you are applying to;
• it may phrase things in a way you would not, or emphasise experience you do not have — you are responsible for correcting it;
• you must review, edit and verify every AI suggestion before it goes into an application;
• using AI output does not transfer responsibility for the claim to Resume Earth: the application is yours.

Our guides, examples and checklists are general information about resume writing. They are not tailored legal, immigration or career counselling advice, and hiring practices differ by employer, sector and country.

Scores, keyword matches, warnings and suggestions produced by the scanner, score checker, job match and resume review tools are estimates generated from your text and the job description you provide. They are not a reading of any employer's system.

Applicant tracking systems differ, employers configure them differently, and many applications are never processed by one at all. No score, template or keyword set can guarantee that a resume is parsed, ranked, shortlisted or accepted, and Resume Earth makes no such promise.

You agree not to use Resume Earth to:

• create a resume, CV or cover letter containing knowingly false qualifications, experience, references or identities;
• impersonate another person, or submit an application on someone else's behalf without their consent;
• distribute malware, or probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service without permission;
• circumvent rate limits, or access the APIs in a way that degrades the service for other visitors;
• resell, rebrand or redistribute the templates, tools or site content as your own product;
• collect other users' data, or build a database of people from anything the site shows you.

All content on Resume Earth, including but not limited to the logo, website design, resume templates, written guides and the tools themselves, is the intellectual property of Resume Earth and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

You may of course use the documents you create with the service for your own job applications, and you may print or export them in any format the tools provide.

Resume Earth is provided "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific results from using the resume tools. Features, tools, templates and guides may be added, changed, moved or removed, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service (or part of it) at any time.

Because there are no accounts, we cannot recover a draft for you: your browser holds the only copy. Export or back up your resume before clearing your browser data or switching devices.

Some features are delivered with third-party services — AI providers, a contact-form delivery service, hosting and measurement services, and on some deployments a PDF rendering service. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices, which govern the information you send them.

The website may also link to third-party websites for reference. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites, and visiting any third-party link is at your own risk.

Your use of Resume Earth is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. They explain what stays in your browser, what is sent when you use an online tool, and how visits are measured.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resume Earth shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of employment opportunities, loss or corruption of a resume draft, data loss, or any other damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — for example liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — where applicable law says so.

You can stop using Resume Earth at any time; clearing this site's data in your browser removes your drafts and ends what the site holds locally. We may restrict or block access to a visitor who uses the service in breach of these terms, or whose use degrades it for others. Sections that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply afterwards.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you rights that cannot be waived, those rights are unaffected.
